Pre-trained xCell2 reference for use in xCell2Analysis or extending via xCell2Train.
Usage
data(LM22.xCell2Ref, package = "xCell2")
Format
An xCell2Object containing:
paramsLinear transformation parameters.
signaturesGene signatures for cell types.
dependenciesCell lineage dependencies.
spill_matSpillover correction matrix.
genes_usedGenes included in the reference.

A pre-trained xCell2 reference object based on the LM22 dataset.
