Usage
FromCountsObj(dat, type = "NGSexpressionSet", outpath = "",
name = "WorkingSet")
Arguments
dat
the counts object
type
the classnam 'StefsnExpressionSet', 'NGSexpressionSet' (default) or 'SingleCellNGS'
outpath
the outpath for this object
name
the name of the new obejct
