- counts
Count matrix stored in sparseMatrix format
- colInfo
DataFrame containing cell barcode and batch information
- rowInfo
DataFrame containing gene names and corresponding ENSEMBL
gene identifiers
- controls
A list containing mitochondrial-associated transcripts and
ribosomal-associated transcripts
