Arguments

sess	Current tensorflow session
data	Input matrix or tensor to reduce to embedding space
endpoint	Operation to evaluate in the graph
test_in	Placeholder to process full data in batches
FLAGS	Tensorflow run arguments
batch_size	how many cells per each batch
