setDefaultEdgeLineStyle: setDefaultEdgeLineStyle

In tmuetze/Bioconductor_RCy3_the_new_RCytoscape: Display and manipulate graphs in Cytoscape >= 3.3.0

Description

In the specified CytoscapeConnection, stipulate the default line style for all edges.

Usage

setDefaultEdgeLineStyle(obj, new.line.style, vizmap.style.name = "default")

Arguments

obj	a CytoscapeConnectionClass object.
new.line.style	an String object, an avaiable line style, check getLineStyles for possible options.
vizmap.style.name	a String object, the visual style, check getVisualStyleNames for possible options.

Value

None.
