Collapse tableX for Argonaut data
Description
Should not be run on its own. to be applied by anansiDiffCor(). Typically, the main anansi() function will handle this for you.
Usage
get_strat_X(tableX.sft)
Arguments
tableX.sft
A stratifiedFeatureTable object.
Value
a matrix with rows as samples and columns as ordered features per subtype.
