Arguments

rqcResultSet

list of RqcResultSet objects created by rqc and rqcQA functions.

Value

Plot object from ggplot function.

Functions

• rqcCycleBaseCallsCalc: calculates necessary statistics

• rqcCycleBaseCallsLinePlot: creates a line graph
