create_tg_dict(ensembleGeneId, dataset = "hsapiens_gene_ensembl")
Arguments
ensembleGeneId
list of ensemble GeneId that have counts.
dataset
ENSEMBL dataset name. A dataset name can be retrieved with list_datasets() function.
