Usage

toptable(contrast.fit, i, normDataTable, fileName, firstColumn, annotation)

Arguments

contrast.fit	(Status=required)
i	(Status=required) coefficient
normDataTable	(Status=required)
fileName	(Status=required) contrast file name
firstColumn	(Status=required)
annotation	(Status=required)

Value

the file name where the toptable results are saved
