Representation and manipulation of genomic tuples.
Description
GenomicTuples defines general purpose containers for storing genomic
tuples. It aims to provide functionality for tuples of genomic co-ordinates
that are analogous to those available for genomic ranges in the
GenomicRanges Bioconductor package.
