Get chip type from ROOT scheme file.

getChipType(rootfile)
Arguments
rootfile
name of ROOT scheme file, including full path.
Details
Extracts the chip type directly from ROOT scheme file rootfile.
Value
a character with the chip type, either ‘GeneChip’ or ‘ExonChip’.
