extenPart: Get Extension of Tree Names
In xps: Processing and Analysis of Affymetrix Oligonucleotide Arrays including Exon Arrays, Whole Genome Arrays and Plate Arrays

Get the extension(s) of (tree) names.

1	extenPart(names, as.unique=TRUE)

`names`	vector of names.
`as.unique`	if TRUE return only unique extensions.

Extracts the extension part of names, e.g.of tree names of treename.treetype stored in a ROOT file.

A vector of (unique) extensions.
