This generic function returns the integer copy numbers of a CNV detection method stored in an instance of CNVDetectionResult-class.

Arguments

An instance of "CNVDetectionResult"

Value

integerCopyNumber returns a eturns a "GRanges" object containing the integer copy numbers.
