Visualize the results of paraFixSites
Usage
plotParallelSites(x, ...)
## S3 method for class 'parallelSites'
plotParallelSites(x, site = NULL, ...)

plotParallelSites(x, site = NULL, ...)
Arguments

return from paraFixSites
...
further arguments passed to or from other methods.
site
the number of the site according to

A ggplot object.
