qPCRdata: A qPCRdata function

this is a function that makes a new qPCR object. Library "HTqPCR" needed.
Usage

qPCRdata(DataName, ControlGene)
Arguments
DataName
= a string with the name of the data;
ControlGene
= the name of the control gene.
