Installation

Usage
- Manually download the COSMICMUTANTEXPORT.TSV, VERSION 83, GRCh37 file. Call it
cosmic.tsv and
place it in the R working directory.
- Load the package:
library(NGSPanelAnalyzer)
- Run the application:
runNGSPanelApp()
