A manually-curated list of terminally differentiated cell types
along with supporting references from the literature.
Usage
terminal_celltypes(fix_names = TRUE)
Arguments
fix_names
Standardise celltype names with
fix_celltype_names.
Value
data.table of cell types.
Examples
celltypes <- terminal_celltypes()
