averageMatrix(counts.trans, target, varInt = NULL)
Arguments
counts.trans
matrix of transformed counts (VST or rlog for DESeq2 or CPM for edgeR)
target
target data.frame of the project
varInt
variable(s) on which sorting the target
Value
A matrix of varInt-averaged transformed-counts
