Usage

selectModelIds(object, drug = NULL, drug.match.exact = TRUE, tissue = NULL)

Arguments

object	The XevaSet.
drug	Name of the drug.
drug.match.exact	Default TRUE.
tissue	Tumor type. Default NULL.

Value

A vector with the matched model.ids.
