Usage

  ...)

Arguments

inputList	a list of gene IDs
categorySize	setting category size
showCategory	number of categories to plot
pvalue	pvalue
foldChange	fold Change
fixed	logical
DE.foldChange	logical
...	additional parameters

plotted igraph object.
