Description
Internal function:
This function is the first step in organizing the annotated features in the plotted region into various formats
Used together with "OrganizeOverlappingLoci" and "ConvertCollapsedFormat" to create a final organized version of the annotated features
Usage
AnnotatedFeaturesInRegion(plotted_region, annotations)
