Per sample library plot overall counts
Description
Divide into active and candidate uORFs
Usage
perSampleCountPlot(mode = "uORF", sort.by = "count")
Arguments
mode
character, default: "uORF". alternative "ORF" or what ever
region you are checking.
sort.by
character, default "count". Sort rows by counts,
or by alphabetical "alpha"
