calculates the unweighted UniFrac distance between
communities.
unifrac(x, phy)
x |
a community matrix, i.e. an object of class matrix or Matrix, or an object of class phyloseq. |
phy |
a phylogenetic tree (object of class phylo). |
a dist object.
