getfolder.gdsn: Get the folder

In gdsfmt: R Interface to CoreArray Genomic Data Structure (GDS) Files

Description

Get the folder which contains the specified GDS node.

Usage

getfolder.gdsn(node)

Arguments

node	an object of class gdsn.class

Value

An object of class gdsn.class.
