aafSymbol: Constructor for aafSymbol objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs a list of aafSymbol objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafSymbol(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids	character vector containing probe ids
chip	name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafSymbol objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
