#' TCGAutils is a toolbox to work with TCGA specific datasets. It allows the
#' user to manipulate and translate TCGA barcodes, conveniently convert a list

#' [SummarizedExperiment][SummarizedExperiment::SummarizedExperiment-class]
#' class object. The package also provides functions for working with data from
