In jae0/bio.snowcrab: Snow crab assessment suite using aegis* and associated projects and data streams.
Julia functions and scripts for fishery models used by snow crab assessments, encoded in Turing.
These are simplified versions of jae0/dynamical_model.
They are structured to be called from within R using JuliaCall R-library. The progression is found in the file markdown/04.snowcrab_fishery_model_turing.md or scripts/04.snowcrab_fishery_model_turing.r
