hpages/ugraph: Efficient graph representation and manipulation in Bioconductor
Implements classes for representing and manipulating directed and undirected graphs (DGraph and UGraph classes). Both the edges and nodes of a DGraph or UGraph object can be annotated via the use of "metadata columns".
