Gets cell intensities from a set of cells and a set of arrays.
Usage
## S3 method for class 'AffymetrixCelSet'
getIntensities(this, ...)
Arguments
...
Passed to *getData().
Value
Returns a numeric NxK matrix, where N is the number of
cells read, and K is the number of arrays in the data set.
