In Bishop-Laboratory/RLSeq: RLSeq: An analysis package for R-loop mapping data
inst/ directory
The items in this folder are installed along with RLSeq. Briefly:
- The
Rmd/ directory contains the RMarkdown templates necessary for running
the report() function.
- The
scripts/ directory contains code used to make the data in extdata/
- The
extdata/ contains objects which are used in examples within the package.
