In timescape: Patient Clonal Timescapes

TimeScape is a visualization tool for temporal clonal evolution.

Installation

To install TimeScape, type the following commands in R:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly=TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("timescape")

Examples

Run the examples by:

example("timescape")
